City Air Quality is a browser-based city air quality and outdoor conditions service. It has no user accounts, no contact form and no ads. It uses Cloudflare Analytics / Cloudflare Web Analytics through Cloudflare.

This Privacy Policy describes how the service currently works. If features such as advertising, cookies, user accounts, forms, or other processing of personal data are added, this policy will be updated before those changes are introduced.
City Air Quality is operated by Fluidified, Finnish business ID 2900573-7.

City Air Quality runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare participates in hosting, delivery, DNS, security and Worker execution.
When pages are delivered, protected and debugged, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, requested page and security-related information.
This processing is based on Fluidified's legitimate interest in maintaining a functional and secure online service.
Open-Meteo data is fetched server-side by City Air Quality. Visitors do not need an Open-Meteo account or API key to use the site.
Open-Meteo is used as the source for air quality and weather data. When Open-Meteo air quality data is used, air quality forecasts are based on CAMS air quality data.
The values are general estimates and may differ from sensor-based services or street-level conditions.
City search works from the current City Air Quality city registry and does not send searches to a separate search service.
The site may store recently viewed cities, the homepage language selection and the last seen page language in the user's own browser localStorage. This is used for search suggestions and home page shortcuts, stays in the user's own browser, is not sent to analytics, is not a user account, is not a cookie, is not used for advertising pixels and is not sold.
Search and interface use do not create a user account or profile.
The site uses Cloudflare Analytics / Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, page usage, and technical performance. Analytics are provided through Cloudflare.
City Air Quality does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, Zaraz, account-based tracking or marketing cookies.
The site does not intentionally set its own analytics or advertising cookies for normal browsing. Analytics are not used to sell users to advertisers.
City Air Quality does not use AdSense ads, advertising pixels or marketing tracking.
Personal data is not sold or disclosed for marketing purposes.
City Air Quality does not have a contact form. Email contact begins only when a user sends a message to info@cityairquality.com.
Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information by email.
Clicking the email link alone does not send information to City Air Quality.
Cloudflare participates in technical delivery, DNS, security and Worker execution. Microsoft email services may be used to handle and store received email messages.
Service providers may process data inside or outside the EU and EEA when required for their services, using applicable data protection safeguards.
Depending on the situation, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
